Extended Daycare Hours are: 6:30-7:45 AM & 3:15-6:30 PM ($6 per hour).
Tuition Payment Plans Offered:
Plan A: Pay in full by September 5, 2025 and receive 5% off the total due.
Plan B: Pay 2 payments due September 5, 2025 and February 1, 2026 and receive 2.5% off your second payment.
Plan C: Pay 12 Payments (Starting July 1, 2025)
Plan D: Pay 11 payments (Starting August 1, 2025)
Plan E: Pay 10 payments (Starting September 1, 2025)
Discounts: Multiple sibling, military & first responder – please see the office.
Enrollment
Current students re-enroll on your Gradelink account. (Do not create a new account) New students enroll by visiting www.nlcasoldiers.com and click the ADMISSIONS tab, then click Online Registration. Create a Gradelink account, then click the enroll me tab.
Tuition payment is due on the 1st of every month. Payments made after the 10th of the month will accrue a $30 late fee. Payments can be made in the office using cash, check, money order, or online at nlcasoldiers.com using PayPal. If using PayPal please add a 3% convince fee plus a 50 cent transaction to your total due.

How to Register for the 2025/2026 School Year:
STEP 1: REGISTRATION FEE (non-refundable): Registration fee of $160 is due upon registering your child. (Registration fee includes a yearbook and an earthquake kit) You can re-enroll on your Gradelink account. You can also download a packet online or register online at www.nlcasoldiers.com and click on the admissions tab, click Online Registration. Create a Gradelink account, then click the enroll me tab.
- $100 (non-refundable) March 1st – 31st
- $160 (non-refundable) April
Step 2: BOOK FEE (non-refundable): Due August 1
- $45 for two-year-old (must be 2 by September 1st & be potty -training)
- $95 for three-year-old (must be 3 by September 1st & must be potty-trained)
- $115 for Pre-K (must be 4 by September 1st & must be potty-trained)
Step 3: SUPPLY FEE (non-refundable): Due August 1
- $25
- Summer Program months are July & August
- Preschool will be closed on July 4th & August 27th-29th for Teacher-in-Service
- Abeka Academic Program starts on Tuesday, September 2, 2025-June 30, 2026
